Shipping policy

We ship every business day. After receiving your order, we will prepare it within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, the transit time varies depending on the destination, but on average the package arrives in:

• 3-5 business days for worldwide shipments.

You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. The shipping cost is €10 for Italy and €20 for other countries, but it is free for orders over €300.

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items within 14 days from the delivery date. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received: unused, unwashed, and including all original parts (dustbag, boxes, tags attached to the item, etc.) undamaged.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

After receiving and inspecting the return, if it passes the quality check, we will proceed with the refund. The refund will be issued to the same initial payment method used by the Customer. The actual crediting of the refund to the Customer's account or card depends on the timing of the bank or issuing entity.
